An elderly Staffordshire Bull Terrier was abandoned at a vet in Runcorn with a large tumor, sparking an RSPCA investigation.

Milo had blue rope tying him and two blankets with him. One blanket had a dinosaur picture. The cameras show the people abandoning him.
A vet checked Milo over afterward. His body was in rough shape, sadly. He had a neck tumor on the left side that went untreated for months.
The RSPCA investigated Milo’s past. He was rehomed from a rescue in 2014, but his owner gave him up quickly because a family member had allergies. A couple then adopted Milo near Birchwood and Cinnamon Brow. We do not have more details about them, nor do we know his name now.
The RSPCA thinks the two people in the video know things. They likely walked to the vet near the canal. Milo’s tumor was huge, like a small grapefruit. An inspector named Showering talked about Milo. He said someone tried to help Milo, but it was too late. His tumor was infected and awful.
The vet staff were upset by Milo’s condition. The RSPCA wants to know why he was like this. They need to find out what happened to the poor thing. The inspector recommends seeking aid if you struggle. Vets and animal charities give good advice all the time, and they really can help in tough times.
