Two abandoned German Shepherd puppies, Arya and Sansa, are thriving in new homes after RSPCA Oxfordshire care.

They found the puppies with their mom. She was very thin, and the puppies were cold, hungry, and covered in waste.
A vet treated Arya and Sansa. Then, they went to a foster home, while their mom needed special care and stayed at an RSPCA center.
RSPCA Oxfordshire said the puppies were friendly, curious, and energetic. This was despite their bad experience.
They stayed close at first, eating and sleeping together. The puppies were inseparable that first week. As time passed, they became braver and played tug and chase, but they also enjoyed being independent.
The pups grew in their foster home, gaining weight over five weeks. They went from three kg to ten.
They began basic training and socialized with dogs and people. Soon, they were ready to be adopted, fully vaccinated, and healthy. Then, Sansa and Arya were listed for adoption.
RSPCA Oxfordshire said they won many hearts. Both pups got adopted and now live with loving families.
The charity explains they live great lives now. Their new families surround them with warmth and give them care. The families keep in touch and share updates on the puppies. Seeing them thrive is truly wonderful.
