Yorkshire Property plans 12 affordable homes near Hainworth Lane, Keighley. Bradford Council to decide on the development in May.

The area around the site mixes city life with nature, and the company plans lots of green space. Over half of the land will be green to help nature and keep things cool.
The company believes it is a good plan to provide needed, cheaper housing. They work with Manningham Housing Association to ensure locals’ needs are met.
The council will decide in May. Manningham Housing Association runs and manages over 1,400 homes in Keighley and Bradford. They opened twenty new homes last year at Odette’s Point in Keighley.
