The Wasp Community Club, with SPFL Trust support, will launch a hub at The Hive, offering support services to Alloa residents.

Ten stadiums across Scotland will have these spaces. The idea comes from Aberdeen’s success, and they want to replicate it nationwide.
The Wasp Community Club got hub funding. The SPFL Trust gave money to ten trusts, and Alloa will open its hub in October as part of the project’s second stage.
Tony McMinn spoke about the hub, saying many people will visit. They partner with groups and schools to help vulnerable families and youth.
Alloa faces food and fuel problems. Partners will help fix these issues. The hubs offer a welcoming place for all, providing hot food and a calm area.
People can get advice and support there. Partners give targeted help for many issues, including housing, money, and mental health. They also aid with physical health and benefits.
Nicky Reid, the SPFL Trust CEO, said the hubs change everything. Life is hard in Scottish communities, and energy support comes from SGN.
SGN helps families deal with high energy costs. Margaret Hamilton works at SGN, partnering with groups like the SPFL Trust to reach more communities.
SGN hopes to aid over 100,000 homes yearly and needs partners to reach this goal.
