Bar 11 at Newcastle Airport reopens after 12 weeks of renovations, offering a modern look and expanded menu for travelers.

The work took twelve weeks, finishing just in time for February half-term. The bar offers many food choices including breakfast, all-day meals, and kids’ menus.
On the menu, you can find classic dishes like pie or fish and chips. They also have a big breakfast roll, as well as peri-peri chicken skewers.
For those seeking vegetarian or plant-based options, they have dishes without gluten ingredients. Consider trying the cauliflower curry, or the plant-based garden breakfast.
They also have treats, including a Millie’s cookie such as the classic milk chocolate chip cookie.
The bar features new wooden walls and murals depicting Northeast landmarks, creating an elegant interior.
You can choose from booths and tables with big windows showcasing airfield views.
Airport staff and SSP celebrated the bar’s reopening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
