Here are some applications sent to the council. These applications arrived the week ending February 2.

Someone on the Vale in Oakley wants to build an extension. They also plan to turn their garage into living space. They will add a ramp to the front with a porch. The reference number for this is 25/00198/HSE.

At Rosedene in Headley, someone wants another extension. This one will be on the side and at the back. The council uses reference number 25/00195/HSE for this.

There are changes planned for Blackstocks Lane in Nately Scures. They want to add a boot room to a house. People also want to remove a condition and further information will satisfy other planning conditions. The reference is 25/00187/ROC.

Someone at Blackwater Close in Oakley wants to make changes. They plan to turn their garage into living space. They are also planning a side extension. Check application reference number 25/00171/HSE for details.

At Southington Mill in Overton, changes could happen too. The garage might get a new roof and solar panels. New doors and windows are also in their plans. The reference number is 25/00170/LBC. Another application for the same place uses reference 25/00169/HSE.

They want to change approved plans at Whitedown Farm. It’s located on Ibworth Lane in Wootton St Lawrence. Changes involve parking, cycle storage and landscaping. The reference is 25/00142/ROC.

There is an outhouse at Holme Hill in Upton Grey. It was built without prior approval. This application is to get it approved now. The reference for this is 25/00132/RET.

At Woodlands in Woolton Hill, someone wants to build a garage. It will have three bays and an upper floor. There will also be storage space. Check out reference number 25/00125/HSE.

At Campion House in Upton Grey, there’s a new vehicle access proposed. A driveway, piers, and gates are also listed. They want to add a carport. The reference number is 25/00067/HSE.

The Locksbridge Farm access in Bramley may change. The current access could become the permanent one. They also want to move an outbuilding. The new outbuilding will be a garage. Refer to 24/02924/FUL.

At Orchard Farm in Little London, changes involve buildings. They plan to build two new commercial buildings and these will replace two existing ones. Also, a dairy building will become offices. The reference number is 24/02860/FUL.

Finally, there is a property at Selby Walk in Basingstoke. It is a three-bedroom house. Now, it may become two separate flats. One will have one bedroom, the other two. This is retrospective; see 24/02805/RET.
