Charlotte Thakkar was in charge of a vehicle while drugged, with her cocaine levels far beyond the limit in a Basingstoke car park. She admitted she committed this offense. She had to pay a £140 fine and received 10 penalty points.
Andrew Wheeler sped on the M3 near Basingstoke, driving 86mph in a 70mph zone. The court fined him £1,000, and he received three penalty points on his license. This resulted in him losing his driving privileges for six months.
