Free interactive light trail returns to Basingstoke, February 20-22, 6-9 PM, featuring new light displays.

Go between 6 PM and 9 PM. Love Basingstoke and the council planned this whole thing. They promise new lights and a total experience.
Cross Street has a cool display. It is called ‘Pixel Sky’ and it’s long, thirty metres of glowing star balls. Wote Street will have ‘RUBIX’ lighting it. This setup uses 144 light pipes. It was inspired by the Rubik’s cube!
London Street has Triumphal Gates. Talk there, and your voice makes lights. The lights will be colorful! Winchester Street has a bright pathway. It’s lit up in a rainbow of colors.
War Memorial Park has its own walk. The light walk has seven stops along the circular path. It begins and ends at the council office gates. The walk includes unique lights, like a light-ophone and neon tunnels.
The UK Shared Prosperity Fund helps fund it. The UK government provides the funding.
