Two men are charged after a series of burglaries in Blackburn. They’re due in court next month.

The East Burglary Team investigated the reports. On March 3, they arrested two men. One was age 27, suspected of attempted burglary; the other was age 29, suspected of dwelling burglary.
Ryan Price, 27, now faces charges. He has no permanent address. Charges include dwelling burglary (three counts) and attempted burglary (nine counts). Plus, there are four motor vehicle theft counts. He’s also charged with escaping custody.
The court is keeping Ryan Price in custody.
Garry Duckworth, age 29, also faces charges too. He lives on Whitebirk Road in Blackburn. He’s charged with dwelling burglary and also faces five attempted burglary counts.
The court released Garry Duckworth on bail. Both men must go to Preston Crown Court. Their court date is April 2.
