Cornerstone wants to build a mast in Bostall Woods. It’s a 20-metre pole with antennas and dishes. They will also add equipment cabinets.

The new mast should make O2 mobile service better. A previous mast at Bexley College is now gone, as the old site became apartments.

This monopole is supposed to boost 4G in Abbey Wood. People could share their views from March 3 to 24.

O2 asked Cornerstone to install the mast. It will be near Bostall Hill, on grass close to the A206 junction. The site is next to shrubs and tall trees.

Bostall Heath is north of there. This place works because of a few things: the pole is tall enough for good coverage, it will look okay amongst other tall stuff, and it’s not near schools.

Bexley Council wants feedback from locals. They want to hear what folks think about it and residents can submit input. If approved, they’ll put the pole in Bostall Woods. This area straddles Greenwich and Bexley in Abbey Wood.
