Police seek witnesses after a woman was sexually assaulted on Meyrick Road in Bournemouth. Incident occurred February 18, 2025.

A man approached her and made some really inappropriate comments. He even followed her, and she then ran towards Elizabeth Court to get away.
The man got too close on a footpath and touched her over her clothes. Thankfully, she managed to escape and ran towards Bath Road.
Police arrested a 26-year-old man from Bournemouth on suspicion of sexual assault and stalking. He is currently out on bail, and the police are still investigating.
Detectives want to find two witnesses who intervened during the incident. They reportedly heard the woman shouting as she was trying to get away; the police think they have important information.
