Brentwood Council Sells Childerditch Industrial Park in Warley

The council said the park was unfit for a depot. It is called Childerditch Industrial Park. The park is over 42 acres large in Warley and features warehouse and industrial space.

They bought it back in February of 2021. The council considered it a key property, and selling aligns with their asset plan. They want to make the most money for taxpayers.
