These groups address issues, working to stop crime and make pubs safer. Pubwatch helps both staff and customers, allowing licensees to share information more easily.

The Buckley and Mold Pubwatch team meets monthly to discuss local issues. Last year, they banned some people who were causing problems in pubs. In January 2025, they banned more people; three individuals causing trouble received bans from pubs in Flintshire.

The Buckley and Mold Pubwatch met recently on March 4 at the Horse and Jockey in Buckley. After the meeting, they decided on more bans. Two people will soon receive bans lasting for five years.

The Pubwatch team discussed some issues and agreed on banning notices. The individuals will receive letters soon, explaining the ban.

Many places fully support Pubwatch. No 32, Y Pentan, The Blue Bell, The Fat Boar, The Red Lion, DMS Security, The White Lion, The Blue Anchor, The Griffin, The Horse and Jockey, and Ewloe Sports & Social Club all sent representatives.

The next meeting will happen on April 8, starting at 10:30 am at The Horse and Jockey in Buckley.
