Well Pharmacy in Burgh improves drastically after prescription issues, closures, and rebuilds trust with the community.

Recently, the pharmacy improved a lot. The community council noticed these changes at their meeting on Monday. Jane Purdie discussed previous concerns and how these issues caused fear about the pharmacy.
Jane noted these feelings have changed; people feel better about visiting the pharmacy now. The pharmacy worked hard to rebuild trust, and she called the staff a “dream team.”
Hayden Chandler, the pharmacy manager, attended the meeting. He answered questions from the council and updated them on the pharmacy’s progress. Hayden said they appreciated the positive feedback. They felt they made progress since June.
They actively use Facebook and share updates on their services often. They offer new services like PocDoc, which identifies heart attack or stroke risk within ten years. They also have an Online Doctor service.
The General Pharmaceutical Council gave an update, stating they continue to watch the pharmacy’s situation. They request complaints through their online form. Use case number CAS-26197-G8D0G5 when reporting.
