Florence Fisher returns to Caithness, joining d and h as senior associate specializing in family law and guardianship.

Florence Fisher became a senior associate at d and h. She will help clients with family law matters and will also work on guardianship cases.
The law firm, d and h, has multiple locations, with offices in Thurso, Elgin, Stromness, and Kirkwall.
D and h described Florence as very experienced. She knows family law and adult incapacity law well, bringing valuable knowledge to their team.
She handles all areas of family law, including child contact, separation, and divorce cases. She also works on cohabitee claims and prenuptial agreements, focusing on guardianships for adults lacking capacity.
Florence previously worked at a bigger firm where she honed her family law skills further. She trained as a collaborative lawyer and joined Consensus Scotland, preferring friendly solutions over court fights.
Besides family law, Florence is a child welfare reporter. The court appoints her to protect kids’ interests, and she represents clients in courts across the Highlands and Islands.
Florence is excited for her return to Caithness and said she is happy to join d and h’s team there.
