Camden Council Planning Applications from January 27 to February 2

Between January 27 and February 2, people applied for permits. These were sent to the local authority. The council received many different applications and they are checking each one. The council has not made any decisions yet.

Plans exist for Chetwynd Road in Highgate too. They want side and rear extensions, and the number for this is 2025/0149/P. People also plan Twisden Road extensions; the application number is 2025/0329/P. A shop on Chalcot Road may change.

People want to use its basement as a home with part of the first floor also becoming living space. The number is 2025/0175/P. A Gloucester Avenue HMO may change also, as someone wants to make it a family home. They plan to combine it with a flat close by. The application’s reference is 2025/0343/P.

Properties on Hawtrey Road have extension plans, and the reference number is 2025/0358/P. An extension is planned at Goldhurst Terrace as well. This reference number is 2024/3671/P.
