Plans exist for Chetwynd Road in Highgate too. They want side and rear extensions, and the number for this is 2025/0149/P. People also plan Twisden Road extensions; the application number is 2025/0329/P. A shop on Chalcot Road may change.

People want to use its basement as a home with part of the first floor also becoming living space. The number is 2025/0175/P. A Gloucester Avenue HMO may change also, as someone wants to make it a family home. They plan to combine it with a flat close by. The application’s reference is 2025/0343/P.

Properties on Hawtrey Road have extension plans, and the reference number is 2025/0358/P. An extension is planned at Goldhurst Terrace as well. This reference number is 2024/3671/P.
