The council got 61 planning applications recently. These came in between February 3rd and 9th. Applications include home extensions and tree work. Camden Council hasn’t decided on any of these yet.

Knight Frank wants to redevelop a car park in Britannia Street in Kings Cross. They want to build student housing there, reference 2025/0407/P. Curlew Capital supports this project, and Sheppard Robson says it helps local colleges. The plan includes a community space.

Eventhia Ltd proposed new lighting and other work at Camden Town Hall. This proposal has reference number 2025/0406/L.

A bus shelter outside The Roundhouse in Camden may get digital screens. Mr. Chris Reader submitted these plans, reference 2025/0409/A.

TfL wants a new bike docking station opposite Agar Grove Estate. This station would use the Santander system. The planning reference number is 2025/0504/P.

A proposal exists to refurbish the Philips Building, which is part of the SOAS University of London, reference 2025/0447/L. The plan includes librarian hubs and a meeting room, as well as desk renovation and an AV room. An office may become an event space.
