Gorse in Cardiff becomes the first restaurant in the city to receive a prestigious Michelin Star.

In Gorse’s open kitchen, chefs greet guests, creating a welcoming feeling upon arrival. According to the Michelin Guide, the atmosphere is intimate and personal, and the service is genial and not intrusive. The tasting menu is highly recommended, showcasing Chef Tom’s skillful use of Welsh ingredients like seaweed, seafood, and lamb.
