Hey! Let me tell you about this thing. A homebuilder created Mission Green Rossett, supporting projects about the environment and health. They invited applications from local groups. This scheme relates to their housing development called Trevalyn Place, which features 99 homes.

The sales director explained Mission Green’s simplicity. They want to support local people who work hard to help residents and protect the environment. They received many great applications, making it hard to choose projects to fund. They ultimately picked the ones with the biggest impact, specifically those that helped the Trevalyn Place area community.

Age Connects received money for warm items, including blankets, socks, and hot water bottles. This will aid 30 older people in Wrexham. Alyn Family Doctors also received a grant to build a community garden.

The 1st Rossett Scout Group secured funds for litter picking and developing wildlife houses. Rossett Community Cupboard also received funding to cover project costs. They give food to fight poverty and stop food waste.

Mission Green is a voluntary scheme, separate from other investments. During planning, they agreed to give £900,000 to the council. Trevalyn Place offers various houses for sale, including three and four-bedroom homes. Current prices start at £334,995 for a three-bedroom Marlow home.
