Castle Green Homes supports Daresbury projects focused on health and environment, improving community areas.

Sian Pitt works at Castle Green Homes. She said they wanted to support local groups. These groups work hard for the environment or residents.
They received many good applications for funding. Choosing where to give money was hard. They picked projects with the biggest impact. The projects help the community near their Bridgewater View homes.
Two local schools will use the money. They plan to improve their outdoor areas. A church will start a new gardening club soon. The Daresbury Litter Network will get support. They will keep the neighborhood clean and tidy.
The money also sponsors mental health breakfasts. These are for people with autism. Community cooking lessons will also happen. All Saints Church got money for the gardening club. Daresbury Litter Network got equipment for volunteers.
The volunteers clean the neighborhood. Daresbury Primary School will build a sensory garden. Fresh Beginnings will offer cooking lessons. Sandymoor Ormiston Academy will add benches outside. The Autism Wellbeing Project will host mental health breakfasts.
This is besides £1.6 million for community work. It relates to their Bridgewater View homes. It includes over £1 million for public space. There is £500,000 for better public walkways. Sustainable transport gets £60,000 of investment.
