New play equipment installed in Cawdor park thanks to £30000 from a wind farm community fund.

A group called Winds of Change funded it. They’re also called C&WNCBO. A wind farm, called Tom Nan Clach Windfarm, by Nairn, helps fund this organization. They paid for park painting earlier too.
Since 2018, the area gets over £62,000 yearly. Nan Clach Ltd gives this money, and the wind farm runs it all. This funding lasts 25 years, allowing locals to plan projects for their area.
Margaret Robertson says the equipment is really good, especially for the swings and other equipment. The park’s near the pub, deli, and school, making it a useful spot for everyone.
The fund has given money to many groups. Cawdor Primary and the Bowling Club both got help. They support various local efforts and charities.
The fund is a good resource for the community. Trustees will talk about new project ideas, and projects should help the local residents.
