Isla Sweetland got sick. Doctors found a rare brain tumor in 2022. She went to Musgrove Park Hospital. Rays of Sunshine made her wish come true.

She met authors Jacqueline Wilson and Ali Pye in October 2023. A photo from that meeting is special. Now it’s on London taxis as part of a campaign with Ubiquitous taxis.

Isla’s smiling face is now all over London. She visited London with her family and they all saw the taxi with her picture. Her parents, Sarah and David Sweetland, and her sister, Anya Sweetland, toured London in Isla’s taxi.

The Clermont London Victoria hosted them. The hotel is a charity partner and staff decorated their room with treats and made a treasure hunt also. The family enjoyed a luxurious overnight stay.

The next day began the city tour in the Ubiquitous taxi. Isla felt joyful about her special day and like a celebrity touring London. She loved the stay at The Clermont.

She is glad her picture helps others get wishes. Rays of Sunshine grants wishes to sick kids and they support the children in their community. Ubiquitous taxis help spread the word and people can scan QR codes in the taxis.

Amy Chambers works for Rays of Sunshine. She thanked Ubiquitous for Isla’s special day and The Clermont for their support. Ubiquitous felt honored to work with Rays of Sunshine. They are helping spread the charity’s message and want to brighten lives of sick kids.
