Trains from London to Aylesbury are disrupted February 22nd and 23rd due to HS2 work. Buses will replace trains.

HS2 is doing viaduct work near Wendover. The railway shuts down between Amersham and Aylesbury then. It’s a whole weekend thing, so plan ahead!
Trains won’t run between Marylebone and Aylesbury Vale Parkway. This is the route through Amersham, remember? Instead of trains, they’ll have buses. Buses go both ways, thankfully.
The buses connect to the London Underground. You can catch the Metropolitan Line at Amersham station. The bus route includes several stops: Great Missenden, Wendover, Stoke Mandeville, Aylesbury, and Aylesbury Vale Parkway.
They suggest giving yourself more time and booking tickets early online or via their app. Also, double-check your trip details.
Chiltern runs trains from London Marylebone along the M40, serving Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, and Warwickshire. They also have longer routes to the West Midlands. These destinations include Birmingham Snow Hill or Oxford, and some trains reach Stourbridge Junction.
Besides the London to Aylesbury line, they have others, such as Princes Risborough to Aylesbury. There’s also Oxford to Bicester, of course.
