Police are renewing their appeal for information 15 years after a Chippenham father vanished from his home.

Police think he used his laptop at home until 10 AM. His coworkers got worried that day, because he skipped work at 2 PM at the Olympiad Leisure Centre.
His home showed no signs of a break-in, and his white Citroen Saxo stayed parked in the driveway. He had left it there the night before. Donavan also has two children.
Fifteen years passed with no sign of him, yet many searches and appeals occurred. His disappearance is still unsolved, but police keep the case open.
Detective Inspector Debbie Hatch spoke about the case and stated that they want to know what happened to Donavan. He was a dependable worker, and coworkers could not reach him, causing concern.
He enjoyed his job and played rugby for Corsham. Past inquiries found no reason for him to leave. He wouldn’t tell family or friends.
Police think Chippenham residents have useful information. Any small detail might help solve the mystery and provide Donavan’s family with the closure that they need.

Martin Sugden knew Donavan and stood trial for his murder in April 2011. A jury acquitted Sugden at Bristol Crown Court.
