George Nicholson banned from all Co-op stores in England and Wales after theft conviction, plus other location bans.

Nicholson received a three-year Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO). He is now prohibited from entering any Co-op food store in England and Wales.
He also cannot enter Penge High Street, including the two Tesco stores located there. The Blenheim Centre is also off-limits. He cannot enter any place he is banned from, whether the ban is verbal or written.
Police from several areas, including Crystal Palace, worked together to arrest George Nicholson after the operation. He was subsequently convicted of theft in court.
The court gave him a 12-month sentence, conditionally discharged. He was also ordered to pay a £26 surcharge plus £80 costs. He also received the three-year Criminal Behaviour Order.
Nicholson now faces several restrictions. He can’t enter any Co-op store in England and Wales. He also can’t go to Penge High Street, including the specific Tesco branches there, and the Blenheim Centre. Finally, he can’t enter any stores he’s banned from, whether verbally or formally.
