The application mentions a special van, which is a small, green, Vespa tricycle. This Piaggio Ape Mix has a coffee machine and allows space for snacks. Pastries will be available too.
The van already operates in New Hinksey and has been at the South Oxford Farmer’s Market, also in Hinksey Park, for twelve years.
