Signature at Caversham hosts a café for carers! It offers support, connection and advice for those supporting loved ones.

The first meeting went really well. The café will happen every month, on the last Thursday, from 10 AM to 12 PM. People can share stories there and make new friends. Caregivers get a little break, too.
At the first café, there were snacks and chats. People said it was great to talk with others who understood the struggles of caregiving. Their loved ones had fun with other activities.
Care managers from Signature gave expert advice. They talked about dementia, nursing, and care options. Sandeep Nandhra-Gourlay said it was nice to see everyone there and wants carers to feel valued and heard.
She’s excited for the next café. The event also helped BRACE Dementia Research, a charity researches dementia care. People donated to help this research.
The café will keep happening monthly. If you want to go, you should email them to RSVP. Signature is helping caregivers and loved ones. They give resources, advice, and community help.
