Christmas feels long ago now. The Kings Ash and Foxhole areas were busy. I tried to meet many people there. I want people to thrive in the community.

November included Children in Need. The knit group had a Prize Bingo at the Crafty Fox hub. Many people came; I had to stand. They raised over £200 and had Pudsey cakes and a raffle. Prizes included knitted Pudseys.

The knit group welcomes everyone to chat and have coffee. It is every Wednesday at 10 AM at the Crafty Fox. Bingo is the last Friday monthly at 10:30 AM, also at the Crafty Fox.

The Foxhole Centre had a Christmas event with raffles and a quiz. Kids got face paint and free lunch, and they had pulled pork rolls too. Santa visited with his elf, and kids got a gift and a chat. The event was supported well.

The knit group had a bingo night with many raffle prizes. Crafty Fox raffled a hamper, and Janet won the lovely hamper. They had a sweets guessing game that Joel, a young visitor, won. He guessed 78 sweets.

The raffles raised over £100, which helped fund Crafty Fox activities. The support group had Christmas lunch at the Old Smokey Pub. They had quizzes during lunch, and Santa left table gifts. It was a fun meal.

The group meets bi-weekly at the Crafty Fox to chat and have cake. The walking group started in October and met at the Crafty Fox. They walked to Paignton Beach and had coffee at Shoreline.

They went to Occombe Farm once, but it rained, so they had coffee. The group is paused until March 17, and they meet at Crafty Fox at 1:15 PM. Great Parks Centre held a New Year event celebrating the Chinese New Year.

They had crafts and Chinese food, and cakes had snake decorations. They did their first litter pick at the Crafty Fox. Play Torbay joined them. Kids wore vests and used pickers.

Swisco gave them bags, and Reece won jelly babies for picking up the most trash. A man bought sweets for the kids. I want more area activities. I hope to connect more people. I want to start groups and events next year.
