Laura Cooper wins an award for her work helping customers feel safe and happy, praised as an “angel on Earth.”

The judges really liked Laura’s professionalism and positive attitude. She makes people feel safe and happy, with one anxious customer calling her “angel on Earth.”
The awards celebrate great care workers in the area. Judges picked the winners from a shortlist of nominees, including customers and coworkers.
The winners were announced at a special event at The Queen at Chester Hotel. Each winner received a nice ceramic trophy.
Belong’s boss, Martin Rix, talked about his team, saying many workers feel like family. He wants to show how good these workers are, especially with social care changing. Investing in staff matters for the future.
Their “village living” setup is special, and the awards congratulate all the team’s success. Belong had a good year and won other awards too, attending national health and care award shows.
Belong at Home does great community care and is often on Homecare.co.uk’s Top 20 list. They’re the only not-for-profit on the list often.
