Job Description
The role of a Customer Experience Associate at Conduent is ideal for freshers who are looking to kickstart their career in the international voice process domain.
As part of the Customer Support team, you’ll handle inbound calls, assist customers from around the world, and provide top-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from international customers and resolve their queries.
- Provide accurate product and service information.
- Record and track customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors when required.
- Maintain service levels and ensure quick resolution within TAT (Turn-Around Time).
- Work in night shifts (US time zones) and maintain professional communication standards.
- Follow company policies and maintain high-quality service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
Basic Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th / PUC / Any Graduate / PG
