Residents of Corfe Mullen express anger as illegal dumping persists for six months despite council alerts.

Rayman says more dumping happens after the first incident. The problem worsens as time passes, he explains. He feels if nobody acts, the trash will stay put.
The trash is dumped on Bridleway 19, close to Rushall Lane in Corfe Mullen. Rayman lives there with his wife. He wants the council to help, but the council claims a truck can’t reach the spot.
Two days prior, his wife talked to the council. The council said they can do nothing about it. Rayman disagrees because he can access it in his van. He thinks they just do not want to.
Rayman says illegal dumping is common there. Years ago, waste piled up in the same place, and the council did nothing then either. Now, it is happening more.
Rayman is very frustrated with the situation. He may remove some waste himself soon if the council doesn’t act. He has a vehicle able to reach the location.
Rayman would pick up the trash if the council would give him a place to dump it. Otherwise, he’ll leave it to rot. The council gave him a pass before, allowing him disposal at a local waste site.
He thinks they are not doing their job now. Rayman says the council should handle this. He notes he does not mind helping again. He knows the council can remove the trash and believes they are ignoring the issue.
A Dorset Council spokesperson commented. Waste officers went to look at the site and saw vehicle access problems on the path. Rangers will use a 4×4 with a trailer to help clear the waste. The council plans to remove the rubbish soon.
