BCP Council will not investigate after Adrian Chapmanlaw filmed outside a school. They found no proof he acted as a councillor.

Chapmanlaw films motorists near schools. He was asked if he would continue. He said filming in public is legal, and illegal parking near schools happens often and is dangerous. He wants residents to report parking violations to the police using Operation Snap.
You need 15 seconds of video, showing the license plate and zigzags, to stop this parking. Ms. Berry said they reviewed complaints. They saw no proof he acted as a BCP councillor when he posted the video on Facebook.
Complaints aren’t valid because he posted as a private person. The video is on YouTube on the Dorset Safer Roads channel. He filmed outside a school where parents and children walked around.
He blurred the video “heavily” to protect innocent people. The video focused on parked cars, specifically those parked on zigzags and double yellow lines. A parking warden ticketed a car parked on zig zag lines.
The YouTube video was posted on Facebook, where residents criticized it.
