Makers markets are coming back soon. People can buy handmade items there.

The markets start March 1 in Haverhill, running from 9 AM to 3 PM. Then, Bury St Edmunds has one March 2, open from 10 AM to 3 PM. Newmarket will host its market March 8; it is scheduled from 9 AM to 3 PM.

You will see many stalls selling sweets and hot food. Look for woodcraft and art, and find home goods, candles, and soaps too.

A council member said markets help the community by bringing visitors and shoppers. Markets also help the local economy and give sellers a place to show their items.

Over one hundred small businesses join these markets, which span three towns. There will be a lot of different skills shown.

Haverhill and Newmarket events add to town markets. Some sellers have worked there past forty years.

Each market has live music and family crafts, making it a fun day for all ages.

Sharon Rodrigues sells at the markets, saying the community feels friendly and people support each other there. She likes talking to locals and welcomes new visitors too. Stop by your local market to find unique items.
