Crafting Treasures in Royal Wootton Bassett, after relocating, will close February 2025 due to owner’s health and declining shoppers.

The shop moved to the Apsley House Arcade in Royal Wootton Bassett in June 2024. They had art sessions for both adults and children.
The shop will close its Bassett store on February 21, 2025, which is in eight months. Tanya Hill owns Crafting Treasures and has had health problems. Closing the shop was a hard choice.
She said she feels pain daily, which makes running the shop difficult. The area also lacks shoppers now, and the landlord is doing his best to help.
Tanya appreciates the community’s welcome. She thanked everyone who visited and will keep doing art sessions for adults at Cheney Manor, hosted by the community center. Children’s sessions will also continue every other Saturday.
Everything in the shop is on sale at half price or less until closing day. Honeysuckle Homecare, already in the Arcade, will take over the space as a training room and for community use several days per week.
Tanya is staying positive and plans to visit the Arcade later. She thanks everyone for their support, and you can still join her craft events.
