Police went to Husum Way around 7:30 PM on Friday, February 7th, responding to a car crash report where two cars had collided. The fire department, Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue, also went to the scene. The crash was at Birmingham Road and Husum Way.

Police gave an update on Monday, February 10th, confirming they did not arrest anyone and that nobody had serious injuries. An off-duty paramedic was also present, checking people at the scene.

An ambulance arrived at 7:31 PM on Friday, and the ambulance service assessed two people, discharging them at the crash site since they needed no further treatment. Wyre Forest Fire Station posted on Facebook, showing a picture from the scene where one of their trucks had trouble leaving.

A parked car blocked them, causing problems for the crew and making responding to the emergency difficult, as every second counts in such situations. The fire crew, White Watch, went to the RTC at Birmingham Road and Husum Way ensuring the two cars involved in the crash were safe and assisted everyone involved along with the ambulance service.
