Celebrity gardener David Domoney will open Shinfield Garden Centre March 1st, with talks and goody bags.
David is very popular within the garden community. He has worked in gardening for over forty years. David also hosts television shows about gardens and nature. You can see him on “Love Your Garden” and “Love Your Weekend”.
He appears on ITV Garden Club and “This Morning” too. David is a Fellow of several horticulture societies. He created national gardening campaigns, including Cultivation Street and Young Gardeners of the Year.
He has won thirty-four Royal Horticultural Society medals. These include Chelsea Flower Show Gold medals. The new British Garden Centres owns Shinfield Garden Centre.
They acquired the Hyde End Road site in January. The team is eager to open March 1 and 2. The first one hundred customers get a goody bag. The ribbon cutting happens at ten am on Saturday.
Staff can sign you up for their Family Card. It gives you ten percent off your first shop. The garden center is open till six pm Saturday. Sunday, March 2, the doors open at ten am.
