David Wilson Homes invests £1.3M in Burnham-on-Crouch. Funds support healthcare, education and libraries near Corinthian Place.

They launched the new phase on January 4th. It includes homes with two to five bedrooms, and some are premium homes called Harbour Collection. Previous phases at Corinthian Place sold out fast.
The builder will give money to local councils. David Wilson Homes provides over £1.3 million, destined for Maldon Council and Essex County Council.
Healthcare will receive £50,000, while early education will receive £175,000. Primary schools will receive £600,000, and secondary schools will receive £500,000. Libraries will get an extra £8,000.
Corinthian Place sits near Burnham-on-Crouch’s center. Residents can walk to shops and restaurants, and good schools are also very close by.
Families can easily reach Burnham Primary. Ormiston Rivers Academy is nearby too. Getting around is simple with good transport since the train station is close and Chelmsford is easy to access.
