Police continue probe into the 2016 Didcot Power Station collapse that killed four men, seeking answers for grieving families.

Recovering the bodies took over six months, and families criticized the delay. Police and safety officials are still investigating the collapse as their joint investigation nears completion.
Thames Valley Police (TVP) leads the investigation and is looking at corporate manslaughter and gross negligence manslaughter charges. Health and safety violations are also being reviewed.
February 23rd, 2025, marks the ninth anniversary. Police are still trying to determine what occurred to give the families answers.
The investigation is very complex, and so far, police analyzed many items. They have reviewed over 6,500 exhibits, 90,000 images, and 230,000 digital files.
Investigators conducted many interviews, recording over 180 hours of interviews. Police also collected 2,812 statements, and more interviews are still happening now.
