Job Description
The International Voice Process at TCS is an excellent role for individuals passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences and interacting with international clients.
As a Customer Service Executive, you will handle inbound calls, manage customer queries, and ensure service levels are consistently maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily customer interactions efficiently and courteously.
- Ensure all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met at both team and individual levels.
- Maintain zero availability downtime during shift hours.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as RSAT, AHT, and Customer Experience.
- Apply corrective measures based on feedback to enhance service quality.
- Stay updated with process changes and product information.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.
Eligibility Criteria
TCS welcomes both freshers and experienced professionals for this role.
For Freshers:
- Must have completed graduation in B.Com, BA, BBA, BBM, BAF, BBI, or BSc (Except IT & CS).
- Year of Passing: 2024 or 2025 batch only.
- Strong English communication skills are mandatory.
For Experienced Candidates:
- Minimum 12 months of experience in international customer service (voice process).
- Graduates with 12 months of experience or HSC with 18 months of experience are eligible.
- Experience should be in a contact center or BPO setup.
Note:
- BE/BTech and Postgraduates are not eligible.
- Salary credit must be through banks only (no cash salary accepted).
- All educational and employment documents are mandatory during the interview process.
Key Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Ability to handle international customers with professionalism.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and KPIs.
- Patience, empathy, and problem-solving mindset.
