Dory, Bracken, and Herbie seek new families. Find these adorable canines at the Blue Cross in Wherstead, ready for adoption!
Dory is eight years old and is part Siberian Husky, part German Shepherd. She is calm and polite, and likes walks. She lived in a home before and enjoys that environment.
Dory is sensitive sometimes, and vets can make her nervous. She can also be wary around men, but warms up quickly if given time. Older kids are okay to live with her, but they must understand she needs space.
Bracken is four years old. He used to race as a Greyhound, and now needs a comfy place to live. He’d be a great office dog, sleeping at your feet as you work.
Greyhounds love to run fast, and Bracken needs that. After a big run, he’ll play with toys, then settle down. Bracken could live with another calm dog, but cats and small pets are not a good fit.
Herbie is three and also used to race. He’s friendly and playful, and loves playing and relaxing. He needs a big, comfy bed, and hasn’t been at the center long.
Herbie wants a loving home where new owners can pamper him. A secure garden is a must. He likes greeting other dogs and might live with another dog. Cats or small pets would not be ideal. School-age kids could live with him.
