Driver pleads guilty to causing death of a nine-year-old girl by dangerous driving in Halifax, West Yorkshire.
Alice went to the hospital quickly. Sadly, she died four days after the crash. Hussain admitted his guilt in court. He caused Alice’s death by dangerous driving. This happened on July 8, 2023.
Alice’s parents showed her picture in court. Judge McKone said Hussain will go to jail. The driver had no prior criminal record, but he received bail until his sentencing. A driving ban started right away, and sentencing happens on May 2.
