Hey, so this fund started in October. It helps families pay energy and food bills right now. Lots of families got help. They’ve claimed over 2,500 vouchers. These vouchers are for energy, food, plus appliances.

The Cadent Foundation works with charities like Groundwork and Citizens Advice. They also work with the Royal National Institute of Blind People. These charities give support and advice, teaching about saving energy.

They have given over £1.2 million in support. This money went to people across the UK.

There’s still 40% of the fund left! The Foundation wants people to get help. People struggling this winter should ask for support by contacting their local charity partner before the end of March!

Ranjit Blythe directs the Cadent Foundation. He said winter is hard for many families and fuel payment changes also make things difficult.
