About the Role: Financial Analyst
eClerx is looking for individuals with strong analytical ability and foundational understanding of finance, derivatives, accounts, and stock markets. This is an ideal job for candidates who want to build their careers in Capital Markets, Investment Banking Operations, KYC/AML, and Financial Analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform inter-system reconciliation and ensure accurate fund allocation for financial transactions.
- Coordinate with clients, agents, and counterparties to resolve mismatches and queries.
- Handle key stages of financial product life cycle including KYC, reference data management, documentation, and reporting.
- Prepare accurate and timely internal and client reports.
- Escalate unresolved issues promptly to ensure process adherence.
- Ensure compliance with financial guidelines and operational procedures.
Basic Requirements
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
- Good written and spoken English communication.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work in fast-paced, time-bound environments.
- Comfortable working in fixed night shifts (Examples: 2 PM–11 PM / 6:30 PM–3:30 AM / 7:30 PM–4:30 AM).
- Must be able to work from office (WFO).
- Candidates must be double vaccinated.
👨🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Eligible degrees:
- B.Com, B.Sc, B.A
- B.E / B.Tech
- BBA / BMS
- M.Com or PG in Finance
- (MBA pursuing candidates are not eligible)
Additional criteria:
- Candidates must have all semester hardcopy marksheets + final year passing certificate.
- Commerce freshers are welcome if they have strong knowledge of Finance and Capital Markets.
- CFA, CMA, CA, CS pursuing candidates are not eligible.
- Preference for candidates without an active PF account.
- Must be comfortable signing a 1-year training agreement.
