Emma Wilson owns the business. She had the idea seven years ago while in Ibiza. She used to be a barber before this.

The shop was a hairdresser for forty years. It needed fixing up to be a restaurant. They waited nine months. Then, they completely redid the shop. It became STR8 JACKETS after that.
Emma thinks her business is doing well for a reason. They offer food that’s special and different. It’s a healthy option that works for people. It is traditional food, in a beautiful market town.

The shop has a five-star rating for food hygiene. They are open every day from 11 to 4:30. They close on Sundays normally. They open if there’s a town event.
