Dead Lane in Mistley closes for five days. It starts February 24. Affinity Water will replace air valves there. Jaywick Lane in Clacton closes on March 10. Closures affect Bluehouse Avenue to Omar Avenue. These last 19 days, as Cadent fixes mains.
Telford Road in Clacton closes at Stephenson Road. This starts on March 10 and ends after 37 days. Stephenson and Brunel Road have parking restrictions. No waiting, loading, or stopping is allowed. Cadent is replacing mains.
These Clacton roads close in phases across 18 months. It starts February 20. Look for specific dates on one.network. The roads are Rosemary Road West and Ellis Road, as well as West Avenue, Jacksons Road, Pier Avenue, and Old Road/Wash Lane.
The Crescent in Clacton closes February 24 too. That closure is for 19 days. Cadent will replace mains there. Brightlingsea may get a 20 mph zone soon. It applies to Brian House Court and Chapman Close. Keats Crescent, Middleton Mews, Pannell Place gain these limits, along with Stephens Drive, Sycamore Mews, and Wilfreds Way. Trinity Street in Colchester closes for 53 days from March 9. The section is from Culver Street West to Sir Isaacs Walk. NMT Crane Hire does redevelopment work.
Bromley Road in Colchester closes in phases, starting on February 24 and lasting 37 days. Crews are replacing mains. Cadent is doing this work. Clears Road in Layer Marney closes for four days. That begins February 24. Anglian Water installs new supplies.
Robinson Road in Brightlingsea closes February 25. This closure lasts three days. M Anderson Construction lowers gullies. Curds Road in Earls Colne closes too. Work starts March 10 and lasts three days as Anglian Water fixes stoptaps.
Station Road, Church Street, plus Brook Street close, starting March 10 in Colne Engaine. It will last 22 days. Cadent replaces mains in phases. Multiple roads in Halstead will close later. These include Mallows Field and Parsonage Street, Harvey Street, Colchester Road, and Pretoria Road. The Street in White Notley closes for three days starting March 11. UK Power Networks connects new services. Several roads are closing for long periods in phases. Lower Green Road in Blackmore End closes on February 24. Expect a longer closure, about 26 days. Essex County Council rebuilds a retaining wall. Finally, Oxley Hill in Tolleshunt D’arcy closes three days, starting March 12, as Essex County Council replaces frames and gullies.
Providence in Burnham closes February 24. Work lasts five days. The one-way rule is lifted temporarily. UK Power Networks installs new services. In Tollesbury, several streets close by phases. These phases start Feb 13, lasting 18 months. Expect High Street, East Street, and Elysian Gardens to close. Even Church Street is slated for closure.
