Exmoor National Park plans a nature festival. It will happen in 2025, and they have announced some initial events.

The festival lasts two weeks, starting May 17 and ending June 1. Visit Exmoor supports the festival, with events focusing on nature and wellness. Julie Colman organizes the festival.

She said it is coming together fast, and Visit Exmoor’s support is great news. Events include bee banquets, family fun days, as well as wildlife walks and talks.

Rock pooling and nature drawing walks are planned. Mountain biking and outdoor yoga are also included, and walking events just for women will occur.

Space in the program is limited. Anyone with an event should contact them now, as advertising space is also available.

Emma Thomasson leads Visit Exmoor. She said they are proud to support the festival because it celebrates Exmoor’s environment and helps local businesses show what they offer. People can enjoy events and experiences, and they are excited to see it become an annual event.

To include an event, contact the rural enterprise team by email at the provided address. The program deadline is February 28, and more details are on the park’s website.
