Three-year-old Louisa Palmisano tragically died after a van crashed into a tram in Manchester. Family pay tribute.

A van supposedly hit her after bouncing off a tram. Louisa’s family called her Lulu, and they released a very emotional statement. They described Louisa as sweet, kind, and generous. She loved going to her nursery school, bringing joy and creativity to everyone.
The family are heartbroken about her loss. Louisa was their only child, and a happy family day turned into a tragedy. Their lives changed forever, and the pain, they say, is almost too much to bear.
Detective Sergeant Andrew Page spoke about the case and mentioned that the family is getting support. They want privacy right now. Police arrested someone as a suspect, and he is in custody as the investigation is ongoing.
