Family seeks answers after Oladeji Omishore died following police use of a stun gun before falling from Chelsea Bridge in 2022.

Oladeji Omishore, 41, was tasered three times by the police. He then fell into the River Thames in June 2022.
Police first said he had a screwdriver. Later, it was clarified that he was holding a cigarette lighter. This was confirmed by investigators.
Now, an inquest has begun. It will examine his death’s circumstances over two years later.
The family made a statement, saying his life was cut short. They described their indescribable pain and hope it wasn’t in vain.
