Plans submitted for a new farm track at Kingsclere Road, including hedgerow work and landscaping.

The track needs a short bit of hedgerow removed. This makes room for a gate to the track. It also allows access to the land. The land sits south of the farmhouse. The proposed track runs along the edge of the field. It turns north through some small bushes. This gives access to the field.
They plan to build a field access track from Kingsclere Road. Grassland north of the track will improve. They will create a new area with bushes, a new hedgerow, and trees to separate the track from the field on the south side.
This entrance needs about five meters of hedgerow lost. A timber gate gives access to the track. Fencing will also mark the site’s boundaries. The entrance will use a special “no-dig” system. This system has a gravel-like surface, and the grass track will use a similar system.
