Fitter Body Ladies in Clifton Moor, York, wins The Press Best Gym 2025, beating nine other gyms. Member nominations and votes secured the win.
People nominated gyms online. Voting slips appeared in the newspaper later. Each top ten gym had a profile.
Fitter Body Ladies is just for women. It’s in York and has been open three years. They call it an “empowering fitness community.” They say they’ve changed the gym idea.
Aimee Sadler has owned it for a year. The gym is mainly run by women too. Aimee was surprised by the win. She said it was a good experience.
Aimee thanked the gym members. They welcome every type of woman indeed. She noted they built a great community. Exercise is about half of what they offer. They run a crochet club.
They also host several charity events. Aimee shared they support diverse women. The gym grows steadily, which she finds nice.
The team worked hard for this. They created a comfortable and inspiring space. They provide many classes plus programs. One-on-one coaching is available there.
The Press has ‘Best of’ contests ongoing. Now, folks can vote for their favorite hairdresser in York. Voting started February 17.
